Down With The Ship
I’d be lying if I sad I didn’t enjoy drawing Finn in that last panel. Trying to push line work more, details, thickness, all of it, hopefully everyone thinks some small improvements have been made in the last few posts.
ALSO! One more flashback post and that’s it 😉

YES! Love it, as always!
Also, ‘zomfg, I got first?!’
Like a personal goal fulfilled!
I have to say, I am absolutely loving every bit of this. The art and dialogue flows extremely well and the story just keeps adding more suspense to the incredible art. Amazing stuff.
By the way, this could be me, and it might very well be, but I would prefer not to know when something begins and ends in terms of like flashback posts and whatnot. Again, I could be in the minority in this and if I am, it’s totally not a big deal. I suppose I just like to be surprised.
Keep up the amazing work!
I agree with every word. Even if Finn’s face in the last pannel makes me cringe, I can’t help noticiing the improvements made even since the last page.
And I also think it’s best when you don’t know when story arcs are ending and new ones beginning. It adds to the suspense and helps build climax, I think.
Okay, That’s badass
As always, Scott, you’re work is simply full of awesome 😀
OMG last panel Finn! Awesome job, as per usual!!
Great strip yay it was worth the wait…I also want that last panel as a poster
+1 a poster for sure!
If this becomes a poster, I am putting it on my dorm room wall 😀 that way, when people go “what is this thing it’s the most badass picture I’ve ever seen” I can tell them to read this webcomic <3
That was killer! I love the detail in the final panel! Also, new catchphrase for me now. “Down with the fucking ship.” seems just too awesome to not use now.
i second this motion
Listening to dubstep while looking at Finn’s face and line there was an incredibly good idea.
Tried it, and I must agree
Man I love this comic. And you know what (this is gonna sound a little weird) but I like the shape of Finn’s nose – it’s a very distinctive shape.
scott, i have to say i think your making some really mature developments in your art. i like how with every update, and every panel your pushing new ideas and trying new things, even as subtle as they may be. i think experimenting with your line weight is a good choice, it really gives a more professional touch. just whatever you do, dont lose the style you have created. i think you have that nailed to a science, unless you can create another new way to blow us all out of the water.
… Good Lord Finn kicks ass but Chance is even more of one. The feral smile in the last page was what stories are made of.
And from that day on, he was known as Black Jack Finn. Unwilling to falter in the face of disaster, the enemy would remember his death… or join him in it.
BTW….. frickin awesome dude!!!
This is coming up absolutely awesome! Finn, blinded, beaten and shredded up like he’d jumped into a haystack made out of razorblades, and still wants another shot?
Damn, man.
Print of the last panel?
Oh man, I would DEFINITELY buy a print of that last panel <3
I freaking love Scout’s face in the final panel.
I have been reading questionable content for years. This is the first since then I have fallen in love with on the same level as QC. You have a new devout fan. Thank You.
So I must be a lunatic, but that image of Finn? Hawt.
Also, you are doing a lovely job with progressing your style. Amazing, as ever. Keep it comin!
I think I love the way Finn delivered that line
If there was ever any doubt Finn was Irish (besides the name, drunkeness, and penchant for being awesome) the last panel pretty much captures the cultural nuances of the Celts XD
No, he needs his own lineage. That last panel truly captures the cultural awesomeness of the Finns.
